Linear Income vs. Residual Income

Linear Income– income received by employees every 15th and 30th of the month. Requires 100% effort from you because NO WORK, NO PAY

Residual Income– income earned by the likes of Henry Sy, Lucio Tan and Gokongwei. They have the same God-given allotment of 24 hours as the rest of us, but not only do they work hard, they also work smart. Their efforts are duplicated by the thousands of workers under their employ, from the highest directors to the lowliest employee in their respective companies.In UNO duplication, and hence residual income, is the key to success.

The Rat Race

Sometimes, when you go to work, do you ever felt like you were in a rat race? It is a term used for an endless, self-defeating or pointless pursuit.Or a seemingly endless, routine activity with little reward or purpose. Long work hours, unpaid overtime,stressful jobs, time spent commuting, less time for family life and/or friends life, has led to a generally unhappier workforce/population unable to enjoy the benefits of their employment.

Escaping the rat race can take many forms. One can retire and need no longer work. One can move from a high pressure job to a less intense role either at a different company or within the same company at an alternative location or department. One can change to a different job that does not involve working 8 hours a day and a long commute. Or one can work from home.

• A chance to help our loved ones earn a living.
• An opportunity to save big money in a short time.
• A chance to visit other places in and out of the country.

• Time and Financial Freedom.

some of them didn't even get to finish college..,
but try to think of this,
most of their employees are FILIPINO and PROFESSIONAL

Aren't we wondering why is this so?
Simply because of this reality----

"Anak, mag-aral k ng mabuti,
pra pag nkatapos ka, makahanap ka ng magandang TRABAHO."

CHINESE:
"Anak, ikaw aral bute,
para pag ikaw tapos aral,
ikaw hawak aten NEGOSYO...As I have observed..What's the point???we better change our mind-set,GUYS!
Pinoys are very talented,knowledgeable and skillful,
and we should never let others BUY our time, talents and skills...
Chinese should be our role model,
if they can be successful here in the PHILIPPINES,
how much more us, Filipinos...

If you really want to be successful..,
You better START A BUSINESS NOW!!!
we better change our mind-set,GUYS!

walang TEACHERS na DH(Domestic Helper) abroad,
walang ENGINEERS, DOCTORS or LAWYERS na ngNURSiNG...
JUST because of GREENER PASTURES!

Guys, let's just face reality,
Sa panahon ngayon, malaki man o maliit ang kinikita mo, ang tanong,
MAGKANO ANG NATITIRA SA BULSA MO EVERY MONTH?

(A)Earn & spend less than what u earn,or...
(B)Earn MORE THAN what u spend

As the old saying goes, “Pag maiksi ang kumot,matutong bumaluktot"--
hindi ba mas maganda kung maiksi ang kumot,BUMILI NG BAGO AT MAS MALAKING KUMOT? GUYS,WAKE UP! Kung kuntento ka na sa kung anong meron ka ngayon, it's time to ask yourself, napasaya mo na rin ba ang PAMILYA at mga mahal mo sa buhay?
